Keith was raised in North Florida and still calls it home today but he didn’t have that idyllic childhood that helped him see how awesome Dads can be. You see, Keith’s father died when he was only eleven years old. He knows what it is like to grow up without a Dad…or a connection to a male figure who could speak into your life. While he appreciates his mom’s influence in his life, Keith understands firsthand the impact of an absent or missing father on a child’s life. In this message , I will outline how God’s Grace and Mercy (what I call my bookends of life) played a huge part in my life. I will share how God saved my life multiple times and how extremely tough life was to navigate being my Dad died when I was only eleven years old. My struggles with self-identity and self-worth and having no mentors led to disappointing struggles that led to multiple failures . Within my story is a path of success leading countless youth through their journey of life. I will outline how Jeremiah 29:11 is written for all and how God’s Mercy truly does endure forever .

Men tend to be performance driven in most all aspects of lifelike work, sports , hobbies, etc. We pursue all sorts of things, but do we truly perform our best where it counts? In this talk, I share life stories and reasons as to why many men today miss out on being performance driven in the most important area of our lives… their homes. Many men have had much failure in this area, but I will offer hope as we walk through the Ultimate Test of Leadership in Creating Positive Change for ourselves and our families. As a Police Officer working in the schools for twenty years, I have seen firsthand the results of Dads who were leading their families at home and those who were not. I encourage the men to courageously stand up and be counted for their children’s future or to young men they may know. Our children today need positive examples of what it is like to have character that counts for their future and the best examples, done right come from home .

Failure is not in God’s plan for any of His children . His desire is that we thrive in every endeavor in life. Many have given up on their dreams and fallen to the everyday routine of life without pursuing any dreams that may lay dormant within them. In this talk, I will address todays reasons as to why people do not pursue their dreams any longer or pursue an abundant life. I encourage them and help them to shift their mindset that holds them back by explaining 12 ways to reduce and eliminate Toxic Thinking they may cause them to remain stuck in life.
